6. Shipping and Delivery

• All orders received will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days and delivered to your doorstep within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
• If the item you ordered is not in stock, you will receive an email no later than the next working day after your order, confirming the estimated ship date. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email with the expected delivery date, courier name, tracking number, and shipping method.
• For higher-value orders, we reserve the right to conduct additional security checks. We may contact you via email or phone to verify your order.
• We ship through reputed couriers and provide shipping information on the same day of shipment. Packaging is done securely using all-weather proof materials and is insured against loss, theft, or damage.
• In rare cases, due to unavoidable circumstances, there may be slight delays in shipment. We will keep you informed in such situations. Mahalaxmi Infotech is not liable for any delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over consignments to the courier or postal authorities within our committed TAT.

• We aim to deliver within 2 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location. You can track your order using the tracking number provided by visiting the courier’s website.
• You are welcome to discuss your order by email or phone; however, we recommend checking the courier’s website for updates first.
• All costs are displayed before purchase, with no hidden charges.
• We also offer cash on delivery (COD).

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be canceled at no cost prior to dispatch. Please contact our Customer Service Team immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
• If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. However, you may refuse delivery, and a refund will be processed after deducting any applicable shipping charges within 7-10 business days.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be initiated only for orders canceled prior to dispatch or for products returned in compliance with our Return Policy.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after verifying the returned product’s condition and approval of the refund request.
• The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment or any alternative mode agreed upon with our Customer Service Team.

Non-Refundable Situations:

• Products that have been damaged, used, or altered post-delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
• Software, licenses, or other digital goods are non-refundable once purchased unless a technical defect is identified.
• Products returned without the complete packaging or missing accessories and manuals may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return Guidelines:

• In case if you received a faulty / damaged product you need to return it within 7 business days and you don’t have to pay any return charges in such case.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and manuals.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
• Any product received without prior authorization for return may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Additional Refund Details:

• In the case of payment failure or duplicate payments, the refunded amount will be automatically credited back to your original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds for products purchased during special sales or discounts will be based on the purchase price, not the original retail price.

Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges are allowed only for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
