Shipping and Delivery
- All orders received will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days and delivered to your doorstep within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
- If the item you ordered is not in stock, you will receive an email no later than the next working day after your order, confirming the estimated ship date. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email with the expected delivery date, courier name, tracking number, and shipping method.
- For higher-value orders, we reserve the right to conduct additional security checks. We may contact you via email or phone to verify your order.
- We ship through reputed couriers and provide shipping information on the same day of shipment. Packaging is done securely using all-weather proof materials and is insured against loss, theft, or damage.
- In rare cases, due to unavoidable circumstances, there may be slight delays in shipment. We will keep you informed in such situations. Mahalaxmi infotech is not liable for any delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over consignments to the courier or postal authorities within our committed TAT.
