  4. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel an order free of charge as long as it hasn’t been dispatched. For orders already dispatched, cancellation might not be possible, but you can refuse delivery. If you refuse the order, we’ll process your refund after deducting any applicable shipping charges.
